Well I've done the imposible.. Not that bad. Sort of...

Geting back to my training but I found out that I can force my body to loose 8 Kilos in 4 days.
That is 2 kilos a day.. Its freaking insane. Very hard on the body and virtualy takes 3 to four days to recover from that kind of training. I ended up sleeping the entire weekend just to recover the stress on the body.

The regiment:

6 kilometer weighted run, I was using 2 liter bottles in my backpack 4 bottles in total.
No weight training. :( I like pumping iron
2 Kilometer high speed jog/sprint to the gym
15 minutes worth of stretching
1 hour class
1 Hour heavy bag and 5-4 minute rounds of sparring.
15 minutes worth of stretching.
2 Kilometer high speed jog.

My master wants me to loose 2 more kilos so I can qualify in the light middle weight division at 72 kilos. U am currently in the Super middle weight class at 75 class. To be honest I don't feel like busting my ass that badly plus I have 4 weeks to train for my fight.

Unfortunatley I have a re-occuring injury to my large toe.. Well its a cut/rip in the skin. My feet are very callased up and due to the amount of twisting I do on that foot I keep riping open the  cut. Its quite painful and prevents me from doing proper kicks, infact I gave up on kicks on one leg because its just to painful.

Ouch.

I am the master of weight. In two days I lost 7 kilograms of weight.
Got 500grams to go. I want to curl up and die about now.
