So It starts again.

I am a masachist I enjoy torturing myself. Tomorrow it starts. I am going to start the diet again.

Oh yeah baby V-Diet time.  I wanted one last day of glutny. I am realy out of shape from last week. I was sick as a dog hopefully it will not be like that again.

All thats left is to stick it out for 28 days. Just like the brit horror movie.. I just hope I don't look like a zombie from the movie.

I do feel a bit fat. Bah gone have to get rid of that feeling.

As Koreans like to say.. Hwiting!!

Well I got another fight coming up on the 17th. Again the fight will be at 72 kilos.  Small change in the fight time. 3 Rounds of 2 minutes. Apparently my master wants me to fight in a tournament on the 31st.  He said I need to slim down to about 70 kilos. Tournament I will most likely fight multiple fights if I win. I just hope I am mentally ready for the fight of this magnitude. If my master thinks I am good enough most likely I am.  The only thing I am not
looking foreward to is that two consecutive weeks of training, dehydration and being on a sadistic diet.

Just like from the Transformers movie..

No sacrifice there is no victory.. (Or something to that effect.)

After a Brutal week.

Well after this last brutal week of training I finally saw the benefits of kicking my own ass.

Hard road but I did. Suffering for dehydration lack of sleep and no solid food for a week can really drive any one mad. 
Any who after the week of training I plummeted to 69 kilos.. I looked like death reincarnate. I looked sick and frail. I weighed in at 71 kilos +1-2 kilos.  (Hence 69 +2) I lost 7 kilos in one week didn't loose muscle mass and retained speed and endurance. Down side was I was unable to sleep for more then 3 hour stretches due to dry mouth and I had an insane head ache as well as other muscle aches from dehydration. I was sparred a day of agony, I got to weigh in late night 9 pm thus it gave me whole night and some to rehydrate myself as well as pack as much HIGH calorie food to create good levels of glycogen in my liver.  First I had to reintroduce salt since I cut out salt close to 3 weeks ago in order to shed water weight.

Thank god Korean food is high in sodium + Gatorade and other sports drinks got me rehydrate overnight. I felt bloated and gross since the body can only absorb so much at a time. Plus the motel room was a FUCKING sauna it was sweltering HOT. Any who in the morning I popped some nice metabolism boosters and had a nice carb breakfast. Can't forget my vitamins and minerals.

Any who fast forward to the fight. I met my opponent nice kid bit young, I think he was a highschooler.  I really trained friggen hard and it showed. My muscles were clearly visible and I didn't have a huge donut around the waste. Plus my trainer is a former pro, excellent teacher.

The fight.

Before going into the fight I said I wanted a KO badly. I trained for 2 years and lost 126.5 pounds.  I wanted something to show for all that work. My master asked how I was gone KO. I said I wanted to have a knee KO. But alas I defaulted to my punching because I know that my punching power is very good. More specifically I have the nastiest ass left hand, my Jab power is some guys straight right punch. (I have almost KOed guys sparring with my jab)

My plan for the fight was to first watch and observe set a good pace then as time progresses and the rounds keep coming start laying it on thick.

1st round..

It started off with a nice hard kick just to let the guy know I wasn't playing.  My mentality changed to being a bit more frivolous and less on the cautious side. It was going smoothly for a bit. Alas I think Korean complex of fighting a foreigner got to my opponent. He got really wreckless with his fighting. He wasn't thinking logically and he wasn't controlling his temper. Fighting and being a good fighter is all about control once you loose it in the rink you will make mistakes and the opponent will capitalize on them. At the round end I was happy as a pig in mud. I came up to my corner with a big smile and said "I like this, its fun".  I didn't even break a sweat yet. I did get smoked in the nards with a soccer kick that put me down and whilst going down took a counter to my left eye so I got a good shiner from that.

2nd. Round

Any who I noticed that this guy was very low skilled. I started capitalizing on his mistakes and he was paying for them quite badly. First came the nasty jab that opened up his nose. I am quite accurate and I kept pounding away at his face. He started getting angrier and getting closer.. Next my next favourite strike came in.. Counter straight knee.. Boy did he feel those suckers.
I noticed couple time wincing and holding the side that took good 3 or  knees. Then I added some nice combo punches to the ribs and I know the guy was hurting.. Now I was looking forward to the third round.  At this point I was warmed up and I was capitalizing more and more and it looked like I was gone get my KO by the third round, but it would never come to that. In the last seconds of the fight we exchanged kicks and his landed squarely in my nuts again. So we broke off to each corner to recover unfortunately that was it. The guy called it quits his nose was gushing blood everywhere his ribs must have been sore as hell and his stamina level was almost gone. I was declared winner by TKO.

After the fight I had basically all the other gym masters come up and congratulate me including the other fighter no ill feeling just good sports conduct. Heck I even had people cheering for me
