Well I've done the imposible.. Not that bad. Sort of...

Geting back to my training but I found out that I can force my body to loose 8 Kilos in 4 days.
That is 2 kilos a day.. Its freaking insane. Very hard on the body and virtualy takes 3 to four days to recover from that kind of training. I ended up sleeping the entire weekend just to recover the stress on the body.

The regiment:

6 kilometer weighted run, I was using 2 liter bottles in my backpack 4 bottles in total.
No weight training. :( I like pumping iron
2 Kilometer high speed jog/sprint to the gym
15 minutes worth of stretching
1 hour class
1 Hour heavy bag and 5-4 minute rounds of sparring.
15 minutes worth of stretching.
2 Kilometer high speed jog.

My master wants me to loose 2 more kilos so I can qualify in the light middle weight division at 72 kilos. U am currently in the Super middle weight class at 75 class. To be honest I don't feel like busting my ass that badly plus I have 4 weeks to train for my fight.

Unfortunatley I have a re-occuring injury to my large toe.. Well its a cut/rip in the skin. My feet are very callased up and due to the amount of twisting I do on that foot I keep riping open the  cut. Its quite painful and prevents me from doing proper kicks, infact I gave up on kicks on one leg because its just to painful.

Ouch.

I am the master of weight. In two days I lost 7 kilograms of weight.
Got 500grams to go. I want to curl up and die about now.

Can't Trust Any one!

Just because some is paranoid that doesn't mean they are not after you.

Here is the story. I got suckered into teaching an extra free class for one oy my schools.
They lied to me about how this was going to be done. The teachers were supposed to come up with a plan for the class. They never did I just got pushed into it and they promised next week. My main school made a deal with me to exchange extra hours for vacation time I got it in writing and I was very happy. Now its always bothered me that the second school didn't even try to make a deal with me. In fact I told them that if I teach this free class I get to go home early, I think they didn't understand that because one day they came up to me and flat out told me that I had to stay here for 8 hours. So today I just said screw this I am getting reamed and used I am not doing free shit any more. Its not fair that I charge one school and not the other, in fact it bothers me imensly that I just got suckered into this deal. I like the kids in the class but frankly I got no freaking help on anything. Today I told them that my 1st school found out and they were not happy about it, thus I had to stop teaching free.

I couldn't believe it but these people went to the extremes of pulling out my contract and going over it with a fine tooth comb. So they had a pow wow over this right in front of me with the head teacher, grade three teacher and principal.
They came to startling realization that they were up shit creek with out a paddle. In fact I think they realized many other points in the contract they have willfully or unknowingly broken.

Moral of the story: Don't trust any ones promise in this country.

Long time no update. Its not like any one reads my blog any way.

So Finnaly hit 76 Kilos. Thats 167.5 Pounds for the North Americans. That means I lost 51.9 Kilograms err 114.5 pounds. 

One thing I noticed is the sagy skin around my waste its becoming an obvious obsticle in the road.

Any who whats more important is that I only have 1 more kilo to loose before I enter my first real kickboxing match. 

Headaches..

Argh.. Headaches.. Literal ones. I have this problem, it seems that my body tends to produce a wee bit to much blood every 6 or so months and I get these really bad headaches. They last one or two weeks, then I go mad. 

Well I don't go mad but they drive me mad. I usually go donate blood regularly in Canada so this is not a problem but in Korea, well thats a different story. Acording to the Korean Red Cross website they have an english speaker at the office but when a teacher called and asked they said I need to speak Korean and I can't have a translator due to privacy issues. I guess that big Red Cross scandal even effected this crazy country. Any who I am stuck with these head aches until I get bled out or I get a massive nose bleed which seem to occur when I don't get a needle in my arm. 

Stupid Canadians.. 

Well not really stupid Camadians but I wish they would have voted for the moronic liberals and not the conservatives. Why on gods green earth did they choose the PC. Fuck. 

Also I have to add FUCKING bush, you dickweed. Why did you have to start a war?!? Ahole is making the oil prices go up in return making Canadian dollar more valuable. 
PS. I don't give a shit why or what he is doing in Iraq. 

Seriously: Why do the mornonic Canadian liberals bash Bush, they should kiss his pasty white texan ass. If it wasn't for him the Canadian dollar would still be worthless. If the war was really about OIL they should have invaded Canada.

Realy peeved because I am hemoraging tons of fucking dollars via the shity exchange rate. I estimate I lost about 4k on the exchange rate alone.

Sad Day.. 

I haven't been feeling all that great today. I read some horrible news in the last couple days. Like Colin Mcrae dying in a heli crash, he was one of the greatest rally drivers. He was one of my heroes. 

Whats worse one of my favourite Authors passed away today. Sad day, :( Robert Jordan passed away today.. Very sad day, he was working on the last book in the Wheel of Time Series. RIP Robert Jordan.

Oh that Hurt.

Sone of a gun.. I once more bruised my muscle on my leg to the point where I couldn't walk.

Had a cramp and I went to block a kick and smashed my poor calf muscle against the shin bone. Its gone be at least 3 weeks before I can take a serious kicks on that leg. Oh well I guess I will work on weight lifing some more. 

Only 6 more percent to go :D

Better Then Sex?

Damn straight its better then Sex. I like sex its good, it feels good, its fantastic for the most part but I have found something better. So whats better then sex, what could top the climax of sex. Well for me its Adrenalin, for men sex is a one shot deal unless you some how master multiple orgasms for men. I find this highly doubtful, and on top of that it would be very messy. 

I have been kick boxing for about 20 months now I lost a great deal of weight with it. So not only gets you in shape but its the best adrenalin rush inducer. Adrenalin high for me can last up to 45 minutes and I can safely say that from my experience its orgasmic. Since I am bipolar; I am quite familiar with the ups and downs of this unique condition. By far nothing tops a Bipolar high you feel like your on top of the world, like you could do anything. This is what adrenalin gives me, its a high like no other. 

I have become a complete adrenalin junkie, which kind of worries me because just like any drug  you become tolerant to it. Unfortunately South Korea has its limits on what I can do to induce the release of adrenalin.

Back Home..

Long time since my last update. But now that my Vacation is finished I am back home in Korea.

Strange I never thought I would call this crazy country my home. But I feel welcomed and happy here more so then I ever did in Canada. I had a good vacation in Canada but I came to the realization I never want to live there again. I'll visit but I honestly don't want to comeback there. 

I missed my Korean friends I missed kickboxing and I missed my silly routine.

Argh haven't been able to update my blogger via the blogger widget in MacOSX. Have posts but they are in limbo atm.

Korean Efficiency.

I told the school that I knew how the visa process worked and I knew it better then them. Now they still insisted that I go to imigration office and waste 2.5 hours waiting to get an answer that I already knew. 

I also got the "Our school has no money" spiel which I know is bullshit. I recentley saw the alloted 1 year budget for the school district for 7 foreign teachers which I know for a fact it doesn't employ. The POE set aside 350k thousand for 7 teachers and English programs for elementary school I know that Changwon only has 4 public school teachers.. Hence the school wants to pay me 5 dollars for OT and hour I told them they could forget it. I seriously think Koreans think that most foreigners are retarted or were born yesterday.

Less then a Week..

Thats right baby less then a week. I get to go home :D 

Deal with the Devil.

Well Not really but close enough today I signed and sealed my next year of my life. To who? The POE of Korea, thats right one more year working at my great job in 2 public schools. My main school has been great,  never screwed me they were always quite understanding and never anal aholes about anything. My 2nd school was sometimes a hair pulling experience. I tried my best and not complained but I did mention that if they want me to continue working there that they have to the teachers help me out because of verification issues. 

On a side note I did get my level 1 upgrade :) One more year teaching at a public shool and I can do a direct entry into a Canadian university for a teaching degree. Wooohooo. 

Also today is my last day that I can eat carbs next week is my protein cycle 1800 calories of protein and healthy fats, less then 50 carbs a day. AKA Fast fat diet AKA2 Velecity diet.. Its gone kick my ass like it usually does. Not looking foreward to it but it should get me to the 15% Body fat composition goal. 

To date I have lost measly 50 kilos. Just 17 month ago I was 129 Kilos I now way in just under 79kilos. For the North American gimps that can't handle metric that is 283.8 pounds 17 months ago and today I weigh in at 173.8.
Roughly I have lost 110 pounds.

Did I mention I love kick boxing/muay thai and martial arts. :D  ***Korea Fighting*** ^_^ kekeke

Long Time No Post

Well been some time since I posted but I finnaly got something to post about.

Good News for a change.

I got a ticket for my vacation to Canada. I am so ready for a break I am feeling a bit burned out and I just need a change of scenery even for the 20 days or so. Its been 2.5 years since I was back home.

Had a horrible day today talk about bad luck..
First my computer crashed in the morning I did a critical update and my computer was a "smoking crater" Then whilest I was trying to fix it I noticed my keyboard was half functional. New Keyboard YEY (except I need to save cash for my trip back to Canada). 

I also stoped by the hospital to get my nose checked out again.. My hematoma keeps reoccuring due to my bad luck and stupidity.

On saturdays I train in an another gym this gym is in another city so I have to ride for an hour to get there. Well half way there the trainer called me and told me that he had to cancel because of his dad's birthday. So being stuck on the bus I finished the trip. Decide that I might as well go buy a new keyboard. 

I decided to call a friend to check out if there is any tickets available from Japan to Canada. No luck :(

Previous night a friend invited my to a party at a beach it was supposed to be at 5. I thought to my self just kill couple hours around the city. The subway ride there was 50 minutes so I hop on and about 1 stop short from my destination friend calls me and tells me that the party has been changed to 9. I am WTF.. 5 Hours to kill screw this I'm going home I am to tired. I need to fix my puter anyway. So I get off and hop on the subway to go the other way. About 10 minutes later I remembered that there is a Bus depot where I was going originally, GREAT 50 minute ride one more time. I get to the bus depot get on the bus fall asleep get back to my apartment just to realize I lost my keys.(Ironicaly) Luckily I had spares on me.. 

Oh the Humidity..

Its been a trying week the humidity and the heat is driving me nuts.

School installed new Airconditioner Units in the school but they haven't installed the controls for over a month. I asked when they will turn them on and the school said in July.. Doesn't school end in July? (In Short yes it does) So they are gone run AC for 20 days. .. Whoopee..

Frustrations....

The whole point of having a foreigner in the classroom is to expose kids to native English. Today I had the unfortunate case where I had to teach with another teacher because my regular co-teacher was ill.

I like using mostly English in the classroom because it forces children to think independently so they have to do actual work in their head. Today I had to teach with a teacher with a higher level English and she translated every word that came out of my mouth. Seriously what is the fucking point of me even talking, the kids have to do no work. They don't need to listen to me because it requires work on their part, they just do the human thing and wait 30 seconds to get a complete and concise translation from the Korean teacher. I wanted to tell her to stop translating because kids are no longer paying attention. They looked bored out of their heads. No wonder kids never learn shit for English in this country, they have to be taught English from Korean Teachers which don't use a single word of English out of their own volition.

Fridays Suck Ass.

I hate my 2nd school.. I still can't believe that a school with so few children is allowed to exist. Seriously South Korea is not that big. Wouldn't it be cheaper to hire a bus to take these kids to a bigger school. IE My main school which is 2 Kilometers aways. I swear there is more administrators then teachers at this place. Classes have about 10-12 children in them which is nice but I find the quality of the teachers here suck compared to my main school. I find KTs at this school are the masters of screwing the pooch. But alas its the Korean way, even tho its a complete waste of tax payers money. Its really not surprising why Private Education aka Haqwons are such a huge industry here. Public education barely delivers on anything let alone anything that resembles a proper Education.

But alas I have no choice in the matter, and to be honest with you I don't give a shit either. Its not my country I am considered a 2nd class citizen since I am an E2 worker. Screw it I don't care about these kids once they are out of my jurisdiction. While they are in my class I expect them to learn and I do try hard to be a great teacher while I am in session. Outside of school I don't care if little Sujin or Jinhoe become a friggen street cleaner, food delivery person or a CEO of Samsung.

Since there is no such thing as mentally diseases in this country I am stuck teaching special Edu children in my main classes. I am an English teacher and have no skills dealing with special children and I can't afford to spend 1 on 1 time with kids with those special requirements. I have 679 other students that I would have to spend time with. So in short I had a Tard child (Tard blog reference) throw an absolute shit fit over a simple rule.
