Oh that Hurt.
Sone of a gun.. I once more bruised my muscle on my leg to the point where I couldn't walk.
Had a cramp and I went to block a kick and smashed my poor calf muscle against the shin bone. Its gone be at least 3 weeks before I can take a serious kicks on that leg. Oh well I guess I will work on weight lifing some more.
Only 6 more percent to go :D
